At The STUDIO, it isn’t personal training--- it's "PRIVATE Training".

It’s just you and the trainer. No distractions. No need to feel self-conscious. We've created a fitness program that involves only 45 minutes of your day... That's 45 minutes of cardio- based, strength training with full-range of motion. Our programs are designed to target weight loss and a give you a stronger, healthier body.

The Cardio fitness you get from Spinning is essential. Combine that with Strength & Resistance training, and you have the key to a better, stronger, fitter body.

Types of Training

What kind of training do you want?

We have a strong belief in whole body wellness… But what are your goals?

Get functional with Suspension Based Training.

We offer quality, versatile Suspended Training for body weight training. Suspended training delivers effective and efficient total body workouts. You build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels.

Training to control your body is the first step in becoming more athletic, and bodyweight training (body weight training) accomplishes this goal. Body weight training (BWT) reinforces strong motor programs and helps eliminate dysfunction.

The BOSU Balance Training improves balance, core stability and proprioception. With “bubble” side up, sit, stand, lie, kneel or jump. With platform side up, do push-ups or even stand on it for an advanced balance workout. Any exercise done on the ground can be performed on the BOSU Exercise Ball – making it more challenging and fun.

Try our balance and stabilization training. Improve your core strength through use of exercise bands, stability balls, medicine balls, balance trainers, foam rollers, wobble boards!

Looking to jump higher or develop explosive power? We offer a variety of plyometric training equipment products to help you reach your exercise goals., we’ve got what you need!

At The STUDIO, we are committed to getting our clients results... Results that last a lifetime.

The perfect place to start your fitness journey is with our exclusive Health & Fitness Assessment.

This one hour assessment is essential for us to create a goal oriented training program that is custom tailored to your needs and objectives.

The evaluation looks at:

* Muscular Strength & Endurance
* Flexibility & Movement
* Postural Alignment
