THE STUDIO

The STUDIO is located in a landmark townhouse on the upper east side of Manhattan. A special place, far away from big corporate fitness, where the focus is on whole body wellness. Ride hard under a crystal chandelier & look through the large picture window overlooking the streets of New York. At night, the space takes on an intimate glow with LED lights & candles illuminating the stage.

The STUDIO has two bathrooms & a ladies changing room complete with a shower and a full line of amenities. There are also two private changing rooms for men or those clients who desire additional privacy.

shoes

At The STUDIO we have bike shoes available to rent ($5) and to purchase. We recommend cycling shoes with LOOK (Delta) Clips but we have a number of bikes with triple link pedals. These pedals accommodate bike shoes with LOOK clips, SPDs, or your regular (hard soled) sneakers. STUDIO Spinners with a "20 Series" or higher, receive free shoe storage & spin shoe cleaning. Please note- If you have shoes with SPD clips, select a bike in the diagram that is SPD compatible.

Want a little extra comfort in the saddle? We sell cushioned bike covers in our store, or ask to borrow one at the front desk before class.

store

Forget anything? Our store has a great selection of items (cycling clothes & shoes, etc...) just in case you forgot something at home. And of course... we sell WATER!
